The Role of Assistant Night Manager
-
Assist the Night Manager with overseeing the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring the property operates efficiently and in line with hotel policies and procedures

Support and complete the night audit process, including administrative and reporting tasks

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the night team

Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution

Deliver efficient, friendly and professional customer service to all guests

Ensure a smooth and detailed handover is completed for the incoming shift team

Monitor the safety, security and presentation of the hotel during overnight operations
-
Assist with coordinating departmental activities to ensure seamless hotel operations overnight
About You
-
Previous experience in Front Office, Night Audit, or in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or a similar hotel role is highly advantageous
-
Experience within a five-star or premium hotel environment is desirable, but not essential
-
Knowledge and experience using Opera PMS is essential
-
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a positive and professional attitude
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
-
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate required
-
Current First Aid and CPR certification required
