In this role you will be working on a major project in a highly confidential environment, and accordingly it is essential that applicants hold Baseline Security Clearance.
Reporting to the Director of Consulting, you will be playing an important role in the business by monitoring the evidence registry, keeping track of all the data that we receive from our clients, and entering details of the data into our system. All data will be tagged with a unique identifier to ensure it can be easily tracked and audited by the business and our clients.
Your method of communication with our clients will be a combination of phone, email and face to face contact.
This is a maximum duration contract until the end of the year with the possibility of extension.
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will be someone with excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail. Additionally, they will have:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- The ability to work well in a deadline driven environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
- Baseline clearance (essential)
- Attention to detail
- Professionalism
- Data entry skills would be useful
- Strong work ethic and productivity
- Good customer service and analytical skills
- The ability to work well in autonomously and in a team
- Ability to work additional hours if required outside of these hours including weekend
