Hi-Pac Constructions is looking to hire a contract administrator / junior project manager to work on current projects, with a range of bespoke homes, and multi-residential projects.
The Role will involve assisting Project manager to run the projects, including contractor administration on awarded project, payment scheduling, tendering future work, programming current work and general project coordination. There will also be opportunity to spend time on site liaising with site manager and project consultants.
The successful applicant will have a clear pathway to becoming a project manager within the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
