What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse in Outpatients, you will provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to positive patient outcomes and quality clinical documentation.
- Deliver direct nursing care in line with individual care plans and scope of practice
- Monitor, recognise, and escalate changes in patient condition appropriately
- Support patients with activities of daily living and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with organisational standards
- Work collaboratively within the nursing team to support service delivery and patient flow

Essential Criteria:
- Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
