Type: Full-time or Part-time Hours: Approx. 30–40 hours per week (Stable shifts) ,with the potential for more hours for the right candidate.
About the Role: We are a busy Sushi shop located in shopping centre. We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to join our team in Sushi Section.
Sushi Maker: Hand-rolling sushi, making Nigiri, and preparing ingredients. Assisting with fish cutting and general prep work. Ensuring high standards of presentation and food safety.
What we are looking for:
Experience: Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant or fast-paced kitchen is highly preferred.
Skills: Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Reliability: Punctual, hard-working, and looking for a long-term, stable position.
Rights: Must have valid working rights in Australia.
