About the Role
You can choose a contracting arrangement or a salaried position - whatever suits your lifestyle.
You'll deliver meaningful therapy to NDIS participants in the clinic, in the community, or from home whichever suits you and your participants. You'll have the freedom to build a caseload that aligns with your strengths, interests, and preferred way of working.
This is a clinician led model designed to protect your autonomy while still giving you the support you need. You'll have access to practical supervision, mentoring, and ongoing development - even as a contractor.

What You'll Need
- APHRA registration is required
- Driver's licence + reliable vehicle (for community visits)
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- WWCC + National Police Clearance

Experience:
- Occupational Therapy: 3 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- AHPRA registration (Required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Certificate (Required)
- First Aid inc CPR (Required)
