About the Role:
2T Interactive Digital Media & Technology Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth strategies, brand positioning, and multi-channel performance marketing initiatives in Sydney, NSW. This role focuses on scaling online customer acquisition, improving digital campaign ROI, and driving measurable business growth across competitive digital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
- Performance Marketing: Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, retargeting, and paid acquisition campaigns
- Campaign Optimization: Oversee conversion tracking, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience segmentation
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze KPIs, campaign performance, attribution models, and marketing ROI
- Content & Brand Growth: Coordinate digital branding, content strategy, and online visibility initiatives
- Marketing Technology Integration: Utilize CRM systems, automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with executives, sales teams, and creative departments on growth initiatives
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets and maximize return on marketing spend
- Team Leadership: Lead digital marketers, media buyers, SEO specialists, and content teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance advertising leadership
- Skills: Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms, and conversion optimization
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in digital agencies, technology companies, or media-focused environments
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-performing marketing teams and multi-channel campaigns
