About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring our patients receive high-quality care in a safe, efficient and welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing chairside assistance during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring surgeries are fully equipped.
- Maintaining strict infection prevention and sterilisation standards.
- Supporting patients before, during and after treatment.
- Preparing instruments, materials and equipment for clinical procedures.
- Managing clinical stock and assisting with inventory control.
- Assisting with digital workflows, dental photography and laboratory tasks.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring surgeries operate efficiently.
- Working collaboratively with clinicians, reception and the wider team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
About You

Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred but not essential).
- A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or be working towards one) is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using computers and willingness to learn dental software and digital technology.
