Complete Care Team has a holistic and wellness model of attendant care for people with high support needs, providing a quality home base person-centered service.
We are currently seeking individuals to join the Complete Care Rostering team located at our Blaxland office in the lower Blue Mountains. Following a training period this role will include weekend work (penalty rates apply).
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring quality care and support is efficiently scheduled to Complete Care Team Clients, forward planning of roster patterns, scheduling of late service requests and arranging unplanned leave coverage.
This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) following a training period the days will be Wednesday - Friday and alternate Saturday/ Sunday with additional opportunity for After Hours on-call work.
Essential criteria
- 12 months Rostering and/ or scheduling experience in a community care, aged care or hospital setting will be highly regarded
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to identify and prioritise time sensitive tasks
- High level communication skills and the confidence to communicate with language diverse staff and clients
- Excellent administration skills and professional telephone manner
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office programs and Turn Point (or similar rostering software)
This role has been identified as a risk assessed role and as such a Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check and National Police Check are all required for the successful applicant.
Training in our processes will be provided, however applicants with 12+months experience in rostering, in a similar industry, will be highly regarded.
