Shisham Stanley Group is seeking reliable and hardworking Full-Time Factory Labourers to join our growing team in Dandenong. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking for stable, ongoing work in a supportive and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Factory Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across the production floor. Duties may include:
- General manual labour and production support
- Loading and unloading materials
- Packing, sorting, and quality checking products
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with warehouse and dispatch tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Previous factory or warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not required)
- Must have visa or full working rights
