We’re looking for a GP in the early career after Fellowship who wants to help shape the kind of Practice they work in.
Here, experience is valued, but seniority doesn’t determine whose ideas matter.
We’re doctor-owned and doctor-led, and we genuinely want our GPs involved in how the Practice evolves.
That means having control over how you consult, how you bill and how you structure your working week.
It means no double bookings quietly appearing in your day.
It means being able to raise something that isn’t working and knowing it will be taken seriously.
And it means having experienced colleagues around you when you want advice, without someone standing over your shoulder telling you how to practice.
We’re not looking for someone to fit into a mould.
We’re looking for a thoughtful GP who cares about good medicine and wants somewhere they can grow into the doctor they want to become.
