Kwik Kopy Pakenham is looking for an energetic, confident, and self-motivated Casual Business Development & Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping businesses find solutions. Previous experience in the printing or signage industry is not essential. We will provide full training to help you develop your knowledge of design, print, signage, promotional products, and branding solutions.
About the Role
This is primarily an outbound sales and business development role where you'll represent Kwik Kopy Pakenham throughout the local community.
You'll spend time visiting businesses, introducing our services, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term relationships with business owners. You'll also gain hands-on experience in the print production process, allowing you to confidently recommend the right solutions for each customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses and introduce Kwik Kopy's products and services.
- Conduct door-to-door business development to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and previous customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for printing, signage, promotional products, branded merchandise, graphic design, and marketing materials.
- Learn our complete range of products and services to confidently recommend solutions.
- Develop an understanding of print production processes and workflows.
- Assist with preparing quotations and coordinating customer orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Represent Kwik Kopy professionally within the local business community.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and enjoys talking to people.
- Comfortable approaching businesses and introducing our services.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about helping local businesses succeed.
- Well presented with excellent communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups effectively.
- Eager to learn about printing, signage, branding, and marketing solutions.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Preferred (but not essential)
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or business development.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of graphic design, printing, or signage.
- Existing relationships within the local business community.
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Reliable vehicle for visiting local businesses.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
