About Rally
Rally is an allied health team focused on Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology for NDIS participants. Our OTs and Speech Pathologists work as one connected team, sharing notes on our own custom platform instead of working in silos, and deliver care however suits them and the participant — remotely or in person. We're up and running and expanding across Greater Sydney and New South Wales.

The role
You'll carry your own caseload of NDIS participants of all ages — working by telehealth, in person, or a mix — toward goals that matter in everyday life.
Day to day
- Assess participants and agree goals with them and their families, online or in person
- Produce functional capacity assessments and clear progress reports
- Work across the full OT scope — daily living, assistive technology, home mods and SIL/SDA as needed
- Share records and handovers with our Speech Pathologists so nothing falls through the gaps

You'll need
- A Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA (Occupational Therapy Board of Australia) registration — new grads encouraged to apply
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete them)
- A Working With Children Check, national police check, professional indemnity insurance, and an ABN
- Comfortable delivering therapy by telehealth or in person
