We're looking for an experienced Telecommunications Installation Technician to join our growing team in QLD, NSW and VIC.
If you're confident delivering DAS, IBS, BTS and mobile network installations, enjoy solving technical problems, and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Deliver end-to-end DAS and BTS installations
✅ Lead IBS installations from setup through to handover
✅ Perform PIM, sweep, and quality testing
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
✅ Install fibre optic and Cat6 cabling
✅ Mentor junior technicians
✅ Work with RF Engineers and Project Coordinators to deliver outstanding projects
What we're looking for:
✔ Experience with telecommunications infrastructure
✔ DAS, BTS or Mobile Network installation experience
✔ Strong understanding of PIM and RF quality
✔ Fibre optic and structured cabling experience
✔ Ability to work independently and lead on site
✔ Strong commitment to safety and quality

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
