Due to continued growth and expansion, Autosports Group is seeking high-performing Sales Consultants to join our brand-new electric vehicle dealership.
Representing one of the world's fastest-growing electric vehicle brands, this is a rare opportunity to join a dealership from day one and play a key role in launching an exciting new brand into the Australian market.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every stage of the ownership journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery, providing expert product knowledge, tailored solutions and a seamless purchasing experience.

In this role you will:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery

Present and demonstrate premium vehicles with expert product knowledge

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity

Manage customer leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity using CRM systems

Coordinate vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience

Ensure compliance with dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Delivery teams
-
Represent the brand with professionalism in all customer interactions
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury retail (automotive preferred)

Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

A polished, professional presentation and communication style

A customer-first mindset with a passion for premium brands

Results-driven approach with strong negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment

Valid driver’s licence

Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools (preferred)
