COTTO Pizza & Cucina is a new Italian neighbourhood restaurant opening in Cottesloe in September 2026.
Built around great pizza, fresh pasta, good wine and genuine hospitality, COTTO will bring Italian soul and Cottesloe energy together in a relaxed, lively setting.
We are now looking for passionate hospitality people to join our opening team:

Experience is required for senior positions, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important for junior roles.

- Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (Preferred)
