An Operations Associate supports the day-to-day operations of Hola Health's telehealth platform by coordinating operational processes, monitoring service quality, assisting healthcare practitioners, and ensuring patients receive efficient and timely healthcare services. The role works closely with operations managers and cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily telehealth operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and support teams.
- Track operational performance and prepare reports for management.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Australian healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Support practitioner onboarding and communication.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with workforce scheduling and resource planning.
- Work with product and technology teams to improve platform functionality.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience and service quality.
Pay: From $8,000.00 per month
