Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Insolvency Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in leading our Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) service offering and supervising a portfolio of corporate insolvency matters.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insolvency professional looking to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with our Registered Liquidators and management team, taking responsibility for a portfolio of CVLs, overseeing MVL Engagements and supervising a team of Insolvency Case Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) matters and ensure statutory deadlines are met.
- Lead and coordinate Dissolve’s Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) service offering.
- Oversee the administration and progression of MVL matters from appointment through to completion.
- Supervise and mentor Insolvency Case Officers and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
- Review and approve work completed by team members before submission to Registered Liquidators.
- Liaise with directors, creditors, accountants, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal procedures, precedents, and operational checklists.
- Support the development of Dissolve’s Personal Insolvency service offering.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including responding to enquiries and promoting the firm's services to referral partners and professional advisers.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 1–2 years' relevant experience working in corporate insolvency, restructuring, or a similar professional services environment (essential).
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience, including mentoring and supporting junior team members, will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience administering Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) matters, with exposure to Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) engagements highly regarded.
Pay: $90,000.00 per year
