Baker will be performing below duties:
1. Daily preparation of all baked goods.
2. Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
3. Check the quality of raw materials.
4. Weigh and measure ingredients using scales, measuring cups or spoons.
5. Mix ingredients to form dough or batter using mixing machines.
6. Roll and shape dough using rolling pins.
7. Cut dough in uniform portions with knife, divider or cutters.
8. Place dough in pans, moulds or on trays and bake in oven.
9. Observe products while cooking and adjust controls.
10. Test baked items by tasting, piercing or smelling them.
11. Manage spoilage, turnovers and inventory of stocks and goods.
12. Checking that equipment meets health and safety regulations
13. Ensure product freshness and food safety.
Education: Certificate IV in Baking
Experience: Must have 3 years of work experience as Baker.
