About the opportunity
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Casual Bistro Server to join our friendly team at Wests New Lambton.
This hands-on role plays an important part in supporting both front and back-of-house operations across our popular dining outlets — The Bistro, Patisserie, Emporium, and New Beijing.

What you will be doing:

Welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and friendly service
- Assist with food and beverage preparation
- Operate tills and handle transactions accurately
- Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and support the scullery team
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
This role requires availability for split shifts across lunch and dinner service, including Friday nights, weekends, and additional weekday availability.

You’re someone who enjoys being part of a fast-moving team and takes pride in providing great service. You bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn from others.

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or fast-service environments (desirable)
