Working as part of our Pipe & Infrastructure team, you'll assist with the installation of stormwater, sewer and water mains, while also supporting the construction of stormwater manholes, gully pits and associated drainage structures on residential subdivision projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the installation of stormwater, sewer and water main pipelines.
- Building stormwater manholes, gully pits and other drainage structures.
- Preparing pipe bedding, backfilling and compacting around installed services.
- Spotting machinery and working safely around excavators and other plant.
- Using hand and power tools to complete construction tasks.
- Carrying out general labouring duties, site housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.
About You
- Demonstrate experience working in construction
- proficient with hand and power tools
- Construction Induction Card / White Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- Confined Space Entry certificate
- Available to work 10-hour days, Monday – Friday, with Saturdays as required
