Proactive Health is a national network — over 40 allied health businesses, 450+ locations across Australia. But don't let the scale fool you: at our Noarlunga/Seaford and Aberfoyle clinics, it still feels like a close-knit team, with genuine multidisciplinary collaboration happening every day.
As an Exercise Physiologist here, you'll be part of that team — working alongside physiotherapists, podiatrists, occupational therapists, dietitians and social workers, sharing ideas and coordinating care to get the best outcomes for your clients (and honestly, to make your own job more interesting too).
You'll also get a genuinely varied caseload from day one — DVA, Medicare (EPC), NDIS, Home Care Packages, workers' compensation, and private clients — so no two weeks look quite the same.
About This Role
This is a full-time opportunity to broaden your clinical skills, build your confidence, and make a real difference across a diverse client base. You'll design and deliver tailored exercise programs for people managing chronic disease, recovering from injury or surgery, building functional capacity, or simply wanting to stay independent as they age.
But beyond the clinical work, what really sets this role apart is how you'll be looked after. Our clinic owners care — properly — about creating a place where you can do your best work and actually enjoy doing it. They've built an Employee Value Proposition that holds its own against anything in the private sector, because they know that when people feel supported and set up to succeed, they stay.
