Fixed-Term Full-Time Secondment (6 months)
Location: Work from home or your home centre/state office
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused team member to join the People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term secondment as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will support recruitment across the NSW/ACT region, working closely with hiring managers to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process and provide recruitment administration support.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the NSW/ACT region while developing your recruitment and stakeholder management skills. The role requires strong adaptability, organisation, and a proactive approach to managing recruitment responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers
Partner with Hiring Managers, Regional Managers, and People & Culture to determine recruitment requirements and selection criteria
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear recruitment expectations and positive outcomes
Contribute to state-wide recruitment initiatives and projects
Screen resumes and source candidates through internal and external platforms
Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes, and documentation
Support the People & Culture Business Partner with maintaining role registers, including key roles and project roles
Ensure recruitment compliance, including reference checks and document collection
About You
Experience in recruitment or onboarding (within a medical centre or externally) is desirable
A proactive attitude, resilience, and the ability to self-motivate
Strong customer service and communication skills
A passion for employee experience
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong IT skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
