About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Retail Stock Controller to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at our Torquay Flagship Store, right next door to our Global Head Office. This is no small gig. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing a large-scale stockroom and making sure product flows seamlessly from delivery to shop floor.
At the core, you’ll own the invoicing, processing and movement of stock, making sure everything is accurate, organised and ready to hit the floor without slowing down trade.
You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory tight, supporting stocktakes, and helping the team stay on top of what’s landing, what’s selling, and what’s moving next.
While the stockroom is your domain, you’ll also jump onto the shop floor when needed, pitching in to deliver the kind of customer experience Rip Curl is known for.
