The Opportunity
As Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits, you will support the design, delivery and continuous improvement of reward programs across a large, complex construction workforce.
Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Compensation & Benefits, you will contribute to market analysis, remuneration reviews, reporting and system optimisation, while bringing fresh thinking to digitisation and efficiency initiatives within the Reward function.
This role suits an early-career HR or analytics professional keen to apply data, automation and emerging technology to real business problems.
Key responsibilities:
- Support annual remuneration processes and salary reviews.

Benchmark roles and maintain salary structures.

Administer benefits including superannuation and insurances.

Produce reporting on pay equity, costs and turnover trends.

Maintain data integrity across Workday and reward systems.

Identify automation opportunities using Excel, Power BI and Power Automate.

Support audits and compliance with awards and agreements.
Required Skills and Competencies
Degree in HR, Commerce, Business, Economics or Data Analytics.
Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Workday.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
Exposure to compensation, benefits or HR analytics.
Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
