We’re now seeking enthusiastic and caring Assistant Nurses (AINs) to join our team across AM, PM, and Night shifts.
Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? As an Assistant Nurse at HillView Care, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity.
You’ll provide personalised, resident-focused care while working closely with a supportive and friendly team. From assisting with daily living activities to offering reassurance and companionship, your contribution will truly matter.
Delivering safe, effective, and individualised care based on residents’ needs
Assisting with daily activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility
Supporting residents’ emotional wellbeing with kindness, patience, and respect
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the care team
Bringing a positive, compassionate attitude to every shift
Certificate III in Aged Care (or higher)
Experience supporting residents living with dementia
Availability to work AM, PM, and/or Night shifts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
Adaptable, reliable, and a team-oriented mindset
A genuine passion for making a meaningful difference
Permanent Australian Residency or Citizenship
Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
