About the Role
Design to Live is looking for a skilled draftsperson to join our collaborative studio team. You'll work on a diverse range of projects—from residential homes to commercial developments—creating high-quality documentation and bringing ideas to life with precision and purpose.
What You'll Do
- Produce detailed construction documentation using advanced CAD platforms
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and consultants on project delivery
- Develop design solutions that balance creativity with buildability
- Support council submission processes and coordinate project documentation
- Engage in 3D modelling and BIMx walkthroughs for client presentations
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in CAD software (BIMx, ArchiCAD, Revit, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction principles and building codes
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for learning and staying current with industry developments
