About the Role
The Enrolled Nurse (EN) provides high-quality, patient-centred care, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The role involves assisting with pre- and post-operative care, monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications (as per scope of practice), and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for recovery.
About You
Provide direct nursing care to surgical patients, including wound care, mobilization, and pain management.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of patients before and after surgery.
Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to the Registered Nurse.
Administer medications as per scope of practice and hospital policies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Assist with patient education on post-operative care and discharge planning.
Adhere to infection control protocols and workplace health and safety standards.
