What you’ll be doing
- Deliver friendly, efficient service across the bar and bistro
- Pour drinks, take orders and keep service moving during busy trade
- Build rapport with regulars and make new customers feel welcome
- Keep service areas clean, stocked and ready throughout the shift
- Step in where needed to support the wider team
- Follow RSA, safety and venue procedures consistently
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a busy pub, club, bar or similar venue
- Confidence behind the bar and working through peak service periods
- A strong work ethic and the ability to act without waiting to be asked
- A positive, team-focused approach
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- A current Queensland RSA; RSG experience will be highly regarded
