About the role
We are looking for a full time or part time Pharmacy Technician with extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations.
The successful candidate will be friendly, polite, and professional. You must thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment, be proactive and self-managed, work well within a team, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the Pharmacy Manager to maintain the dispensary to an excellent standard.
- Providing outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers.
- Assisting with stock control and merchandising.
- Operating cash registers.
- Processing prescriptions.
- Medication packing.
- Handling phone inquiries.
Required skills & experience
- S2/S3 Certificate.
- At least two years of experience in community pharmacy.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Close residential proximity to Manly
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Previous experience working toward sales targets.
