Our client is a leading Australian organisation looking for committed and experienced Machine operators to join their team. Located in Western Sydney, this organisation provides beginning to end solutions for manufacturing and packaging for both international and national companies.
They are seeking to appoint multiple Machine Operators to add to their team on a casual to permanent basis. With consistent overtime available, this is an opportunity not to be missed !
About the role:
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Operate and maintain equipment safely
- Change parts as required in a clean and orderly manner
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment during the run to achieve targeted output
- Quality checks and labeling of products
- Maintaining documentation and participate in required training
About you:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in the FMCG industry is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work up to 12 hour shifts
- Have full-time working rights to work within Australia
