FinXL is seeking multiple Technical Business Analysts to join our consulting team for a long-term engagement with a leading wealth management client. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will play a key role in a major transformation initiative by driving advice automation and delivering critical technology solutions. Additionally, FinXL can provide visa sponsorship and take over existing visas for eligible consultants.
Responsibilities
Act as the interface between the business and technology teams to translate solutions.
Conduct analysis to determine business or system requirements.
Assist product owners to define the value definition of stories.
Plan and execute system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
Provide first-level analysis and support for data-related queries.
Key Skills & Experience
7+ years of dedicated business analysis experience.
Technical Business Analyst experience (advice, superannuation, or wealth is desirable).
Proficiency in Agile planning software including Jira and Confluence.
Experience with process mapping tools like Visio and visual whiteboards like MIRO.
Legislative or compliance change project experience.
Previous experience utilising AI tools to identify technology-related impacts.
Strong understanding of corporate governance obligations and code of conduct.
