Full Job Description

MISSION

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality products in full compliance with applicable regulations. You will develop and optimize quality control processes, analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Process and Product Control

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Conduct audits and inspections to improve quality, safety, and efficiency across the plant.
Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and calibration of testing equipment.
Oversee product control activities and monitor production quality through periodic tests.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues, support new product development, and track key KPIs (PPM, FTQ, Picking, Shipping errors).

Audit & Quality System

Ensure the collection, recording, and archiving of assembly control sheets.
Conduct internal audits and manage supplier certifications in accordance with company quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain and update local quality documentation (issuance, revisions, and communication).
Support the achievement and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 certification in collaboration with the Group Quality Management System.

Reporting:

Update local HSE KPIs (accidents, energy use, waste management, etc.).
Analyze incidents to define corrective actions and improvements.
Conduct environmental risk assessments to minimize environmental impacts.
