The opportunity
We are looking for a person with a friendly, "can-do" attitude to join our busy, close-knit team at our Mentone site. As the front line of support for our Victorian, Tasmanian & international clients, you will provide the professional service essential to maintaining high client satisfaction.
This position is full-time (Monday–Friday) with no weekend or public holiday attendance required.
What you will do
Process Orders: Manage high-volume orders via phone and email with precision.
Problem Solve: Communicate stock availability and offer product alternatives.
Build Relationships: Provide accurate technical information to maintain client trust.
Collaborate: Support branch projects and assist the warehouse or sales teams when needed.
What we are looking for
Customer Service: Previous experience in a fast-paced service or administrative role.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and numerical competency (Accounts Receivable experience is a plus);
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Communication: Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner;
Versatility: General warehouse duties (picking/packing) as required;
Industry knowledge: Vet Nurse or experience in a related animal health field is highly regarded;
Requirements: Current Driver’s Licence, reliable transport, and a successful Police Check.
