CANDL Studio Services Pty Ltd is a Sunshine Coast-based technology and business services company supporting the development, operation, and maintenance of digital platforms, cloud-based systems, and business technology solutions.
We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Technician to join our growing team based on the Sunshine Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, education and guidance to users in the deployment, maintenance and use of computer infrastructure, cloud systems and business technologysolutions.
- Provide first and second-level technical support to internal staff and business users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and cloud system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Assist with system monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and backups.
- Maintain documentation relating to ICT systems and procedures.
- Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
- Liaise with software vendors and external technology providers.
- Assist with testing and deployment of new software and technology solutions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant ICT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience supporting Windows-based systems and business applications.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms and customer-facing applications.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
