All Green Nursery & Garden Supplies is looking for a friendly, reliable and confident person to join our Customer Service team.
You don’t need years of experience. If you enjoy helping people, have a positive attitude and are willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be one of the people helping our customers when they visit, call or place an order with All Green.
Your day could include:
- Helping customers with enquiries and orders
- Serving customers and processing payments
- Answering phones and responding to enquiries
- Assisting with quotes and customer orders
- Helping coordinate deliveries
- Working alongside our Nursery, Garden Supplies and Dispatch teams
- Keeping our customer service areas welcoming and organised
- Learning about our products, plants and how the business works
There’s plenty of variety, and you’ll have an experienced team around you to help while you learn.
Who are we looking for?
This could be a great opportunity if you’re studying, starting out in the workforce, looking to build your customer service experience or simply looking for a casual role with a good team.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are friendly and enjoy talking to people
- Are reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Are comfortable using computers and technology
- Can communicate confidently in person and over the phone
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Aren’t afraid to ask questions
- Take pride in doing a good job
Previous retail or customer service experience is great, but it’s not essential.
For us, your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are just as important as your experience.
