About the Role
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking passionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse / Support Workers to join our team. This is a casual position with flexible, rostered shifts available across 7 days (including weekends and public holidays).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver personalised, high-quality care using a person-centred approach.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, grooming, mobility, and domestic duties.
- Provide respite care and in-home support to clients and families.
- Assist with medication monitoring and meal preparation as required.
- Follow care plans in collaboration with therapists and care coordinators.
- Report any incidents, changes, or concerns promptly to the team.
About You
- Preferably an Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or in-home support settings.
- Competency in manual handling and use of hoists.
- Experience in manual handling, bowel care, PEG feeding, and complex care (highly regarded).
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Current Police Check, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Worker Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
