KSM Tiling is a growing tiling and waterproofing company based in Perth, WA. We specialise in residential and commercial tiling projects, including new builds, renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, apartments and commercial fit-outs.
We are currently looking for an experienced Full-Time Tiler to join our team for ongoing work across Perth.
THE ROLE
This is a full-time position with consistent and ongoing work for the right person.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Floor and wall tiling
- Bathroom and wet-area tiling
- Kitchen and splashback tiling
- Large-format tile installation
- Commercial and residential tiling
- Tile preparation and substrate preparation
- Screeding
- Waterproofing
- Installation of waterstops and puddle flanges where required
- Grouting
- Silicone finishing
- Tile cutting and detailed finishing
- Reading plans, drawings and tile layouts
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working to Australian Standards and project specifications
- Working closely with builders, supervisors and other trades on site
- Completing work to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and takes pride in their work.
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience as a professional tiler
- Strong knowledge of floor and wall tiling
- Good understanding of wet-area construction
- Experience with screeding and waterproofing is highly regarded
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good time management
- Ability to follow plans, drawings and instructions
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- A strong focus on safety and site requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- White Card
- Relevant tiling experience
- Own basic tiling tools
- Reliable transport
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work legally in Australia
- Construction site experience
Experience working on commercial projects, new builds, apartment projects or major construction sites will be highly regarded.
