About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Community Mental Health Registered Nurses to join our agency team for rewarding contract opportunities across Regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments and ongoing clinical care.
- Manage a caseload of clients within the community.
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions where required.
- Promote recovery-oriented and person-centred care.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and other healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with families, carers and community support services.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with NSW Health policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years' post-graduate Mental Health nursing experience.
- Experience in Community Mental Health and/or Acute Mental Health settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current Working With Children Check (where required).
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Full Australian work rights.
- Willingness to travel and work in Regional NSW.
