We are a fast-growing electrical and lighting wholesaler supplying electricians, builders, contractors and commercial customers throughout Sydney.
We're looking for an organized, proactive and motivated Accounts Receivable & Marketing Coordinator to become a key member of our team. This is a diverse role where you'll help improve our cash flow, strengthen customer relationships and support the continued growth of our business.

About the Role
This is a varied position combining Accounts Receivable, Administration, Customer Service and Marketing.
Your primary focus will be maintaining healthy cash flow by managing customer accounts and following up outstanding invoices while also assisting with marketing initiatives to help grow the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (Primary Focus)
- Manage the Accounts Receivable ledger
- Follow up outstanding invoices by phone and email
- Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely payment
- Send customer statements and payment reminders
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Resolve invoice queries quickly and professionally
- Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms
- Produce weekly debtor reports for management
- Assist in reducing debtor days and improving cash flow
Administration
- Process customer orders and invoices
- Assist with Accounts Payable
- General office administration
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support the sales and management team
- Provide outstanding customer service
Marketing & Business Development
- Manage company Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages
- Create engaging social media content
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns
- Promote new products and monthly specials
- Update website content
- Assist with catalogues, brochures and promotional material
- Support lead generation initiatives
- Help strengthen customer engagement and brand awareness
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and debt collection
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Great organisational and time management abilities
- Experience using Xero, MYOB or similar accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Social media marketing experience
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Highly Desirable
- Experience in the electrical, lighting, trade or wholesale industry
- Experience using Canva
- Basic graphic design skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- CRM experience
- Knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads
