Want to know a little more about the role? Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation and confidential administrative support.
- Support the APAC business by providing administrative assistance to the Regional Leadership Team and collaborating with teams across the region.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, acting as the key point of contact for facilities, office services, vendors, contractors, supplies and workplace presentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, itineraries and logistics for employees and visitors.
- Organise meetings, conferences, catering, employee engagement activities, recognition programs and other business events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, internal communications and business documentation while maintaining effective document and records management.
- Process purchase requests, invoices and administrative financial tasks, and maintain company asset registers including fleet and office assets.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while providing responsive, professional customer service.
- Support HR and other business functions with projects, initiatives and general administrative activities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.

- Previous experience in office administration, business support or coordination roles.
- Proven ability to support senior leaders and multiple business functions while managing a busy office environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Confident coordinating travel, events and office operations.
- Experience with purchasing, invoice processing or general financial administration.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a range of business systems.
- A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
