We are currently recruiting for individuals with Stock Controller experience who are keen to join our team.

Observe and apply Company policies and procedures (including health and safety regulations, loss prevention, HR policy, cash management)

Track and manage rotating inventory, updating the system when necessary without interfering with the activities on the sales floor

Participate actively in goods receiving and ensure quality control. Verify that the goods received, the transport documents, and the back-office system all correspond.

Report any losses, damage or discrepancies to the Store Manager

Stock goods in the Stockroom according to company criteria and periodically re-organises spaces to optimise the product picking process, thus optimising the sales results

Affix labels and anti-theft devices

Handle incoming and outgoing goods transfers as well as end-of-season returns without interfering with the activities on the sales floor

Organise and participate actively in fiscal inventories and cycle counts

Assists in additional (non-stock keeping) daily operations of the store where needed

Support staff as necessary during the sales process (picking the requested products)
Required Competencies (Technical Skills / Languages / Computer literature)

Stock Inventory experience

Experience in a luxury fashion environment.

Strong business mindset and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Excellent time management.

Excellent in spoken and written English.

Knowledge of SAP.
Academic / Professional Qualifications

University graduate or above in Business or related disciplines (not compulsory).

At least 2 plus years in inventory management position
