As a Sales Team Leader, you'll lead a team of approximately 10 Student Enrolment Advisors responsible for converting warm enquiries into student enrolments.
Your success will come from your ability to coach, mentor, influence, and develop your team while creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
Be deeply involved in coaching conversations, sales development, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and creating the operating rhythm that drives consistent sales results.
You'll be a visible leader who can quickly earn trust, build credibility, and inspire your team to perform at their best.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Student Enrolment Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance conversations.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, development, and results.
Drive team engagement and motivation within a remote-first environment.
Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and coaching priorities.
Partner with key stakeholders across the business to improve student experience and commercial outcomes.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
Lead performance improvement initiatives and recognise high achievement.
Champion a customer-first approach while delivering strong commercial results.
Minimum 2 years' experience leading a sales team in a Team Leader, Sales Manager, Contact Centre Leader, Admissions Leader, or similar sales leadership role.
Proven success coaching sales professionals to consistently achieve targets and KPIs.
Strong experience building team capability through structured coaching and mentoring.
Demonstrated ability to influence performance, drive accountability, and improve results.
Experience managing performance conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience within Education, EdTech, Student Recruitment, Admissions, Higher Education, Vocational Education, or Training sectors.
Experience leading inbound, outbound, or consultative sales teams.
Exposure to enrolment, admissions, or student acquisition environments.
