As Digital Manager, you will take responsibility for the digital planning process and media buying delivery across a portfolio of clients. Working closely with our Planning, Digital and Trading teams, you will ensure campaigns are expertly planned, implemented, optimised and delivered against agreed objectives, budgets and KPIs.
This is a hands-on digital media role with the opportunity to manage client relationships, contribute to innovative media thinking and support the development of junior members of the team.
What you'll do
- Manage digital media planning and buying across your client portfolio.
- Oversee campaign delivery against budgets, KPIs, placement, viewability and other agreed objectives.
- Contribute to media implementation plans, recommendations and presentations.
- Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with data and technology solutions including audience, attribution, verification and tracking platforms.
- Evaluate media proposals and identify opportunities to drive additional value for clients.
- Partner with Digital Directors and Trading leads to develop effective negotiation and buying strategies.
- Build strong relationships with clients, media partners and teams across PHD and the wider Omnicom network.
- Train, mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute ideas and innovative digital solutions that help drive client growth.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years' experience in a digital media role, either within a media agency or client-side environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital media planning, buying, implementation and optimisation.
- Working knowledge of ad serving and verification platforms, including the Google technology stack and tools such as IAS.
- Experience extracting and interpreting insights from attribution and verification platforms.
- Understanding of floodlight/conversion tagging infrastructure and digital reporting requirements.
- Experience with tracking infrastructure and tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital media terminology, platforms and the wider media landscape.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management capability.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or managing junior team members.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
