Junior IT & Administration Officer (1 person)
Job description
- Provide day-to-day IT support, system maintenance, and infrastructure oversight for the continued operation of the office.
- Assist in general affairs tasks such as office administration, procurement, facility management, and event coordination.
- Act as the primary liaison to coordinate with Head Office IT/Operations teams and third-party vendors for system upgrades, cybersecurity, access management, troubleshooting, and daily operational matters.
- Manage hardware, software, networks, and user support while ensuring compliance with data protection and IT security standards.
- Maintain high service standards, support team morale, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Produce periodic or ad hoc reports to the Head Office as required.
About You
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of junior-level experience in IT support, office administration, or general affairs, preferably within a corporate or banking environment.
- Work Eligibility: Must possess valid, legal working rights in the local jurisdiction

-Communication: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across local teams and bridge communication smoothly with the Head Office.
-Technical Knowledge: Solid technical understanding of basic networks, IT security, and general office management processes.
- Attributes: Good team-player, proactive, capable of multitasking, with high integrity and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
Pay: $52,440.14 – $84,126.45 per year
