About the Role:
At Four Seasons, we believe that exceptional dining experiences begin with passion, creativity, and genuine care. As a Chef de Partie , you will play an important role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences across In-Room Dining, Banquets, or MODE Kitchen & Bar . Working alongside a talented culinary team, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
You will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that reflect the quality, craftsmanship, and excellence synonymous with the Four Seasons brand.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with Four Seasons standards and recipes.
- Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Support the training and development of Commis Chefs and junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all service periods.

What You Will Bring:
- A passion for culinary excellence and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef in a quality restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Relevant culinary qualifications and Food Safety knowledge are highly regarded.
