Mandatory Skills
- ServiceNow ITOM
- Discovery (including Cloud Discovery) – Must have
- Service Mapping (Tag-based Service Mapping)- Must Have
- Event Management
- CMDB implementation, governance, and maintenance
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions
Good to Have
- Vulnerability Response (VR)
- ServiceNow Security Operations experience
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation and support
- Expertise in CMDB health, governance, and CSDM adoption
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in enterprise ServiceNow environments
