Details: The Service Configuration Officer is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity and availability of configuration data within the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. Working in accordance with ITIL Service Asset and Configuration Management practices, the role supports the identification, creation, maintenance and retirement of Configuration Items (CIs) and their relationships, assists with automated discovery processes, and ensures configuration information is available to support service management processes and business stakeholders. The officer also contributes to governance and assurance activities through documentation reviews, configuration audits, and the identification, recording and communication of issues relating to service asset and configuration management.

This position is located in a workplace designated for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
