What you’ll be doing:
Connecting with customers and sales—handling calls, emails, and all sorts of order requests with confidence
Keeping our systems up to date (don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it)
Following up on deliveries and ensuring customers are always kept in the loop
Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly
Spotting any issues and promptly letting the right people know
What we're after:
Customer service experience (any industry’s fine)
Comfortable learning and exploring new systems
Friendly, organised, and ready to pitch in
A sense of humour and a can-do attitude
