We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Dental Technician will be responsible for the fabrication, design and finishing of dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, veneers, implant restorations, full-arch prosthetics and digital workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with dentists, clinicians and laboratory staff to ensure outstanding quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design dental restorations using CAD software (Exocad, 3Shape or similar).
- Manufacture and finish crowns, bridges, veneers and implant restorations.
- Assist with full-arch implant prosthetic workflows including All-on-4 and immediate load cases.
- Operate CAD/CAM milling machines and 3D printers.
- Process and finish zirconia, lithium disilicate and acrylic restorations.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements.
- Maintain accurate case records and production schedules.
- Communicate effectively with dentists regarding case planning and technical requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Assist with stock control and laboratory organisation.
Essential Requirements
- Qualification in Dental Technology or equivalent recognised certification.
- Experience in dental laboratory procedures and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of infection control and laboratory safety procedures.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Exocad, 3Shape or other CAD design software.
- Experience with dental milling machines and 3D printers.
- Knowledge of implant systems and implant prosthetics.
- Experience with cosmetic dentistry cases including veneers and smile makeovers.
- Experience with full-arch implant restorations.

Salary
Salary package negotiable based on experience, skills and qualifications.
